These terms apply when you buy from Cobbler.bd at cobbler-bd.com. By placing an order, you agree to them and to our Delivery & Exchange policy.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you order: ৳70 inside Dhaka City, ৳150 everywhere else.
- You pay by Cash on Delivery, to the rider, when the parcel arrives.
Orders and confirmation
- Your order is confirmed when we confirm it with you by phone or message. Until then its status is “Awaiting call”.
- We may cancel orders that look fake, or that we can’t confirm by phone within 48 hours.
- If an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price on the site is wrong, we’ll tell you when we call. You can then change or cancel the order at no cost.

Product photos and natural leather
We make our product photos as accurate as we can. Natural leather and your screen settings can make colours look slightly different. Our products are handmade from genuine leather, so small differences in colour, grain and texture between pieces are natural, not defects.
Sizes
We use Bangladeshi (BD) sizes: 36 to 41 for women’s footwear, 39 to 44 for men’s footwear, and S to XXL for jackets. Please check the size guide before you order. If the size isn’t right, you can exchange it as described in our Delivery & Exchange policy.

We use your details only to handle your order. See our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Changes
We may update these terms. Your order follows the terms that were on this page when you placed it.
