How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Inside Dhaka City delivery costs ৳70 and usually takes 1–3 working days. Everywhere else in Bangladesh, including Savar, Keraniganj, Gazipur and Narayanganj, it costs ৳150 and takes 3–5 working days. We deliver with Steadfast Courier.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery: you pay the rider when your parcel arrives, and you can check the product before paying. Before we ship, we call the number you gave to confirm your order.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You can exchange for another size within 7 days of receiving your order, if it is unworn and in its original box. One size exchange per order is free when the size is in stock; you pay the delivery charge both ways. Read the delivery and exchange policy.
How do I choose my size?
Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and compare it with our size guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. See the size guide.
How do I look after leather?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. If it gets wet, let it dry in the shade, never in the sun. Use a leather cream every month or two, and store it in its bag or box away from damp.
