Size Guide

We use Bangladeshi (BD) sizes:

Measure once, then pick your size from the charts below.

Size charts

Stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and longest toe, and measure the distance. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms. For a looser fit over a sweater, choose one size up.

Measure in the evening, when your feet are at their largest.
Put a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
Stand on it with your heel touching the wall, wearing the socks you’ll usually wear.
Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper (ask someone to help if you can).
Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. That is your foot length.
Do the same for the other foot, and use the longer one.

Wear a thin shirt. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.

Shoes and sandals: choose the larger size. Leather softens and shapes to your foot as you wear it, but it doesn’t get longer.
Wide feet: choose one size up.
Jackets: for a looser fit over a sweater, choose one size up.
